What do you enjoy most about your role?
I really like the fact that my job is customer facing, because I get the opportunity to help people which gives me a sense of pride.
What’s your proudest career moment at Eurocell?
I secured a lead that turned into a £10,000 window job.
What courses / qualifications have you completed through Eurocell?
Since joining Eurocell, I have completed a number of courses to help me develop. I’m now trained in our key product ranges.
What support have you had for your development within the company?
I have been given the opportunity to attend a few courses and I really value that most of them were with a real person, as opposed to just videos and questions. I was able to ask questions to get a good understanding of the topic.
My manager and sales manager are great at explaining how the processes work and helping to find solutions to problems.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to work in your department?
You should always engage every customer and offer the best service, whether that’s for one small trim or a big cladding job.
What advice would you give to a new starter with Eurocell?
When joining the business, be willing to learn. The more you learn while you're here, the easier the job becomes.
